2. CONTEXT OF YOUR REPORT:
Severe breaches (e.g. sexual misconduct, fraud & corruption, discrimination, workplace harassment, criminal activity and human rights abuse, breach of confidentiality) should be reported directly to the Code of Conduct Reporting Mechanism. They will often merit a formal investigation. Other concerns should be first reported to DRC’s Management, or alternatively to HR.
